No. We spend a good deal of time making sure each client onboards to the program well to maximize their chances of long term success with the program, reguardless of which plan they choose. This means we can’t afford to give it away, especially at the beginning.

There are small differences you can see in the pricing table further up on this page, but most significant difference is how often you have personal video coaching sessions with your coach.
Care is the baseline digital experience with in-app chat support from a real human coach but no video coaching sessions.
Commit adds monthly video sessions with your coach.
Transform includes weekly video sessions with your coach.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Your new plan will begin at at the end of your current billing cycle.

Yes. You can cancel your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Your plan will end at at the end of your current billing cycle.

Yes. All clients get access to support, through in-app chat. Commit and Transform plans include priority support, which just means we will check more often and respond to your comments faster. If your coach isn’t responding quickly enough in-app, you can email coach@mindr.us.
